I have literally been on hold for 1 HR and 15 minutes and still waiting.  Dialed in on an alternate phone and had two phones on hold.  Really.......this is unbelievable.  I rated a 1 star as I am trying to find out about an appointment that I was not aware of.  This is my first experience and the phone scenario is driving me crazy.  The recording keeps thanking for my patience that I no longer have.
