Staff seems to have a high turnover and needs training in customer service that being said, I had a terrible experience, after five years of cleanings and checkups I ended up with three teeth that were so decayed under the crowns that one was lost, one needed root canal with a new crown, and one needed a new crown. Needless to say the cost was very high. How after five years of cleanings and checkups could this happen, only one answer, incompetence, I’m not telling you not to see Dr. Loiselle, but to just be careful.

Very comprehensive staff I got there with a huge panick attack I was about to pass out but the dental assistant and dentist are very sweet I forgot about my panick attack . Will be going back even though I have an awful phobia to dentist . They are awesome

I only go there because of the dentist. But the front desk staff is a total nightmare. They are rude and inconsiderate, to talk down to you when you get there with pain. Linda, precisely is someone who you wish could punch in the face. No respect whatsoever, total abuse of your privacy, and HIPAA violation. Linda is very unprofessional. So sad this nice dentist has a horrible staff. Lost me and my family as clients.

horrible horrible horrible i cant begin to explain such a horrible experience. the office manger is inconsiderate rude and had the odasity to tell us to pay out of pocket for better service. i would be humiliated if i had to work for her. then the dentist is actually much worse than she is. no one should have to go there.
