Nothing better than having lots of happy faces and crazy comments while getting implants. Dr. Hicks is so proficient at his craft and keeps me laughing during the whole procedure...... and his office staff are all delightful... friendly and warm. Wonderful experiences in all ways. Would not recommend. They do not disclose to you they don't accept your insurance even though you give them your cards and then you get stuck with the bill. Go somewhere else

I was dreading having to have a molar pulled. I've had many painful dental visits but I always go regularly because to not maintain ones teeth leads to much worse experiences. The office staff was exceptionally nice, including Dr Hicks, Julie and Jill. I was taken into the procedure room and did not have to wait long before Julie came in and started prepping me. She told me each thing she was doing which made me much less apprehensive. Then the doctor came in and they rolled up my sleeve. A cold mist was sprayed on my arm and the doctor inserted the IV. I never felt a thing. Within what seemed like a few minutes, Julie was saying I could wake up now as the procedure was done!! I was amazed. I never felt or heard anything. When I went out to leave my sister said it had not taken more than 20 minutes!! This was absolutely the BEST dental experience I've ever had. Thank you to Dr Hicks and his amazing team of care providers. Cordially Sandy N Wyoming

Who wants to get four impacted wisdom teeth extracted? No one. But my experience with Dr. Hicks made it a fine experience. I wish everyone could insert an IV the way he does. I didn't even feel it (he used a numbing spray). He made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and he was very quick. I wasn't in much pain afterwards either and I recovered very quickly. I even visited Jackson Hole the day after my surgery just for fun. I felt great. My only gripe was leaving the office without one piece of gauze. I was bleeding profusely on the drive home, and they gave me nothing for it. The nurse said she'd packed my mouth with gauze initially, but took it out before I woke up because I "looked like a chipmunk." Ooookay, like I would've cared! But I saw that they got the issue fixed because my sister went in for her operation a year later, and she walked out with plenty of gauze.

I had to have a dental implant several months ago and was referred to Dr. Hicks. I have had MANY dental procedures done over my lifetime and have never had a better experience. I was nervous and expected it to take a couple of hours and to experience a lot of pain - I couldn't have been more wrong! I was in and out of his office in about 1/2 hour - I was SO glad I decided to just do local anesthia instead of being put out. I have never had such an easy dental procedure! If you are in need of oral surgery I highly recommend Dr. Hicks. His office staff was wonderful and Dr. Hicks is very kind, thorough and great to work with! If I need another oral surgery he will be my first choice!
