I had bad experience and posted on here about it. I tried to find my comment and erase it but was unable. I DID however get a call from them with an offer of help for my little dog. That was thoughtful and most appreciated. I'm sorry that I can't find and remove previous comment. He had a type of partial blockage in his throat which was why he was sounding like he was choking and coughing everything he ate up. Sitting with him 24-7 spoon feeding him sips of broth and water for 3 days so he wouldn't die from dehydration was very hard, he got very weak and we thought he was gonna die. He started managing to swallow and is now successfully eating baby rice cereal mixed with bone broth, baby meat and some pumpkin. I'm sorry for being unable to efficiently describe his symptoms and for taking offense at the vet, had I not been so sleep deprived I would not have taken offense and thought to ask for someone else and describe his symptoms more clearly. For all I know maybe your vet was exhausted too. Little pup is all I have left of a Mom and brother who passed too soon and I want his old age to be comfortable, well fed and loved, not choking til he starves and handled roughly by strangers. Have a good day, I will not leave another review ever.
