The people here will help you the best they can. They have done so much for so many, and the local community. Those that usually don't like this office are in too much of a hurry, and too selfish to understand the environment. Due to the great care that they  provide, they are always full, and in demand. It is hard for a walk-in, due to the limited slots and high demand, so if you can, make an appointment! The doctors care a lot about their patients, and the staff will do anything for you, as long as you are honest and considerate. This is a doctors office(primary care) not an urgent care. I saw a review that gave a bad review, she was not smart enough to know that she should have gone to an urgent care in the first place. If you need a good doctor this is a place that will take care of you.

I caled on 3 different days trying to make an appointment, the first day I actually got a person who transferred me to an answering machine. I left my name,  number, and reason for calling as instructed and waited. No response so I tried again the next day and this time only the machine, and again I followed the instructions and waited. Third day same thing.  No one has ever called me back. This place is a joke and if I am ever able to make an appointment I not to sure if I would trust them with my health.

Awful office! I got there over an hour before they closed. They take walk ins. There were only 2 people in front of me in line and no one behind me. I heard the lady tell the man in front of me, "You're lucky. You're the last person the doctor is going to see today." It was pouring down rain outside, and my wife was very ill! She looked at me as I walked up and said, "I'm sorry, but we have no more openings for today!" I told her I'd pay cash, she wouldn't budge. I told her I wanted to talk to the doctor, she said he was busy! Another woman came out from the back and told me the same thing. I said my wife is very ill, it's a Friday, and I don't know anywhere else to go. She said, "There's nothing we can do." I told her I'd wait for the doctor to tell me that himself, and, if he does, we'll leave. Never saw the doctor, just 3 different bitties telling me to hit the road! I'm so glad they did, however, because I went to WellKey Urgent Care in Sevierville. As different as day is to night! They're open till 8 PM and, as long as you get there before they close, they promise you'll get to see a doctor. I hope I never have to darken the doors of this joke of a clinic in Kodak again. And hopefully, they'll closed permanently! Go to WellKey in Sevierville, they are great! You can even schedule your appointment online, or just walk in! Hope you don't get sick, but don't go here, you'll just get sicker!
