Is it possible to give lower than one star. Dr. Kennedy is fantastic; however, her office staff is horrible. Every woman in there is extremely rude, lazy, and impatient. I am now in the process of changing my doctor simply because her staff and nurses are so incompetent. I will be transferring from one insurance policy to my company's policy at the end of the month. This is unfortunately happening during my pregnancy. The financial secretary there absolutely insists on treating me as if I will not have any insurance at the time of delivery. Due to their "terms," I am now not allowed to even see the doctor until I begin to pay on a procedure that my new insurance is going to pay them for in April. She also tried to tell me that I would be responsible for visits until the insurance change; yet, I have EOBs showing they have filed with my current insurance. This woman wants me to pay for visits for which she has already received payment. This seems highly unethical and many have described this as "double dipping." I hope that Dr. Kennedy can see her staff for what they are and hire a more competent team. A smile goes a long way and these women seem to be incapable of even that simple task.

My wife loves the doctor, but the office staff has stressed her out to the point where, I won't let her go back. They are rude and completely unprofessional. They argued with my wife after an appointment and wouldn't let her re talk to the doctor. Be prepared to deal with rude lazy office staff that make you wait for over an hour and a half to see the doctor, then they greedily try to squeeze ever dollar out of you. Horrible experience. My wife is set on this doctor delivering the baby, but I believe that the office staff should be replaced. A retarded monkey could do a better job.
