If I could leave 0 stars for this establishment I would. The staff is completely incompetent and the dentist, Dr. Lesser, takes absolutely no pride in his practice, or the clients' experience. After leaving work early and giving away $300 tickets to a yankee game the staff claimed that I did not have an appointment. Rather than apologizing and trying to provide a solution the woman at the front desk proceeded to scream at me uncontrollably. I understand that sometimes people hire young, immature staff so I could look past this. However, the doctor himself subsequently emerged to echo the screaming that was coming from the receptionist. I was completely appalled. I have never been to a more unprofessional, poorly run establishment in my entire life. Going to the dentist is never fun. Do yourself a favor and avoid any incremental stress caused by making an appointment at this office.

A Skilled (and friendly) Dr. with excellent support staff and always on time. What more could you want?
