When I arrived at the Monterey surgery center this afternoon I felt like the tin man. And Dr. Deldar was my   Wonderful  Wizard of Oz when I left I felt as if  He filled up my oil can and applied it to my joints immediate relief  I was able to put on my shoes by myself and tie them 
Dr. Deldar not only has amazing skills   But he also has compassion which in the medical field is an absolute plus I wish there were more doctors like him In this world😵😫💉😍

I had terrible lower back pain from a fall and Dr. Deldar treated me with an epidural and I can't tell you how my life has changed. I can exercise again I do not have pain, I do not have to take pills. I did not know such a procedure existed until I met Dr. Deldar. He is also a very kind person and he spends  Time with you to listen. He is very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

After retiring three years ago, I looked forward to doing the activities I was passionate about. Finally, there would be time to read, cook, travel and garden. Unfortunately, arthritis in my neck began to limit these activities. Each morning I woke up with a headache. Heat, TENS, and physical therapy all proved unsuccessful in treating the pain. I didn't want to take pain medication, so my doctor referred me to Dr. Deldar. Facet joint injections were performed, resulting in a block of the nerve that has been causing so much pain. Not only have my headaches ended, but I have been able to resume the activities that give me joy. I am so grateful to Dr. Deldar and his approach to dealing with pain.

Dr deldar is very good he has helped me with a chronic pain that I have dealt with my entire life from a birth defect. he had helped me find a medication that was able to adequately help with the pain without being so strong that it actually inebriates you. the medication was called Butrans and it took some trial and error but we found the strength that works without having the side effects I was hoping to somewhat avoid. if you are trying Butrans for the first time to help with A continuous pain, as long as the pain isn't too intense, it will work you. You just have to find the right dosage and be patient it can be frustrating but your patience will be rewarded.

Dr. Deldar is simply put….AMAZING!  As a physician, as a human being, as a friend!  I had debilitating pain from shifting bone pressure on the sciatic nerve.  Had been to 3 Doctors with no relief.  I was referred to Dr. Deldar by another physician and he agreed to see me the very next day. There is no cookie-cutter approach with Dr. Deldar – he spent a great deal of one on one time with me attempting to understand how I manage pain, not how he would manage it.  He made me feel as if he could really feel my pain, not just from some medical perspective.  
Having chronic pain is not only a physical issue but an emotional one and he went above and beyond to help me manage that and understand my options honestly and sincerely. He went over my MRI with me in detail and helped me fully know my situation. He arranged for an epidural and called my insurance right then and there to get it authorized!  The epidural was 100% successful, he definitely has healing hands! and he advised me on my prognosis for a successful future.  I am so grateful to Dr. Deldar, I now have a life thanks to his extraordinary intervention and most of all, his caring.  He gave me my life back and I cannot say enough about how blessed I am to have been referred to him.  
If you are in pain wanting relief, a patient-centered approach and someone who genuinely cares about you, put Dr. Deldar on the top of your list.  This Doctor has a gift to share.
