The best service I have ever received in health care. The staff is the BEST! They all are so pleasant and kind. No one is in a rush to get you out, especially Dr. Rudick. He definitely sits and explains everything and answers every single question you ask. Love this place!

Never thought I would say I enjoyed going to the dentist, but the staff is so friendly I am happy to go to the dentist and chat with people who seem more like friends then staff. They always find a way to fit me in their schedule, and do a great job. I personally recommend Dr.Shin, not only does he do an excellent job but he keeps you thoroughly entertained the whole way through (along with his support staff.).

I feel so bad writing this review, but I had to...my last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back and I will never return to this location. Long story short, I LOVED my dentist in Atlanta, but moved to NY and found this office. Before I give my review I want to say this is NO reflection of the owner (Dr. Samuel), the sweet dental hygienist that I had, or the receptionist - Meika(?) She was awesome. However, there was a male dental hygienist that asked if we ever met and then proceeded to say "It doesnt matter, because I wont remember you anyway.." WHAT?! This is how they speak to clients?! I dont know this man... The last 2 visits my fiance and I both felt like our gums were being sawed off. My cleaning lasted maybe 5 mins, then the dentist walks in rambling about cosmetic procedures while barely looking at my teeth. He maybe spent 2 mins looking at my teeth....I dont care how experienced a dentist is, that is NOT enough time to fully evaluate someone's mouth. It seems like all they are trying to do is push cosmetic surgeries that obv wouldnt be covered by Insurance. They have been 'understaffed' every time that I've gone. And to "reward" me for my patience, they offered extra floss. *EYE ROLL* I will NEVER go back to this place. Period.

Very professional, immediately put me at ease. Very competent, highly skilled dentists and hygienists. Highly recommend.

This dental office has a great atmosphere. The staff is amazing group. Dr. Shin is the BEST😆
