I left a review already many years ago but just thought this doctor deserved some more praise. After reading some of the reviews, I honestly don’t understand how anyone would have a problem with Dr. Gulinson or Esther. Not to discredit other people’s experiences. I think I would just encourage them to give this office another shot. They are truly awesome. The front office can be a little disorganized and communication is rough. But I’ve not experienced ANY better communication at any other doctor in all of Phoenix. And I’ve been to A LOT over the years. Big family But I love Dr. G and Esther enough that I would probably still come here if monkeys were running the joint. :- I had been needing my hormones checked for years and years. Dr. G jumped right on it and ordered labs immediately, diagnosing me with PCOS and insulin resistance. When I called in to talk to Esther, she was sweet as pie as always and got the prescription out the door immediately. Had it within 30 minutes. This is your place. You will be respected and listened to. And they all have a great sense of humor. Wouldn’t imagine ever going anywhere else as long as I live in AZ.

Loveee Dr. G and his assistant, Esther!!!! I’ve been seeing him for the past 7 years. He has provided exceptional prenatal care for my 4 babies. He delivered 2 of them, his birthday twin and my youngest last week. He is extremely thorough and caring. I highly recommend him! Thank you Dr. G and Esther!!

I've seen Dr Gulinson for about 8 years now. He did my tubal and oblation and is helping get a full hysterectomy set up. I've always thought he was a great doctor. He really has helped keep me calm no matter what is coming up or how we have to go about things with insurance stuff. Definitely need more people like this in the medical field!

Dr Scott Gulinson and his assistant Ester are absolutely AMAZING!!! They are very knowledgeable, kind and very professional. This was my first pregnancy and every appointment I had went smoothly and I was in the most care. All my questions and concerns were answered and taken cared of, and honestly I feel like this office is family.

Dr. Gulinson is an amazing physician. I am so grateful to him for taking care of me. He takes the time to listen to you and to explain what is going on in terms that I could understand. Also, his office staff is great and usually respond in a very short period of time. Very happy with this office and with Dr. Gulinson!

I absolutely love Dr. Gulinson! He has been my obgyn since I was 15, I’m 32 now. He has delivered all 5 of my babies. Dr. Gulinson truly care about his patients. The office staff is so nice as well and Esther is amazing! If you’re looking for an obgyn look no further!! Thank Dr. Gulinson and Staff for everything that you do!

Dr. Gulinson has been my physician for over 10 years. He was referred to me by one of my girlfriends who worked for him and absolutely adored him. I was pregnant with my second child and was looking for a physician who would make me feel at home which he did. Over the years I have continued to see him for my annual exams, thyroid maintenance and birth control. He always explains my options, runs through pros and cons, makes recommendations but ultimately let's me decide what I feel is the best fit for me. When he discovered that my thyroid levels were off and helped me get that dialed in it was a GAME CHANGER for me. I thought that I was suffering from anxiety/depression for all of those years! Other physicians would try to prescribe me antidepressents which made me feel even worse. Ladies and Gents yes dudes can have thyroid issues too get your thyroid levels checked!

They are not transgender friendly at all. Scott's MA Ester was not only rude and disrespectful, but when I called wig questions and concerns, she took days to call back or she wouldn't call back at all. Then when she called back with lab results, they were incorrect resulting in telling me "I have bad news" and causing panic. Then when I expressed a medical problem I was having, instead of having me see up and appointment to have any lab work done, she sent out a prescription to take for an infection I didn't even have which caused me a severe allergic reaction. Dr. Scott is nice somewhat, but I did not appreciate the fact that he flat out said "I don't think you are a diabetic" when I was diagnosed as a type 2 back in 2016 by my primary care doctor. I do not feel like this office really puts needs of the patients first or care about what's going on especially when you get told you don't have something you've had your whole life. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you're an expecting parent.

When I became pregnant with my first child I went to see Dr. Gulinson. He answered all the questions I had with patience and ease. When it came to the delivery the baby was having complications Dr. Gulinson was able to perform an emergency C section very quickly to help baby out. I definitely recommend him to anyone.

*Update 2* I do believe this doctor has saved my life. While my last OB completely and utterly ignored an abnormal pap from during my early pregnancy AND did not tell me, Dr. Gulinson acted immediately upon receiving me in his office to see what was going on. Even doing a colposcopy at 35 weeks pregnant because of his concern for those results that had been taken MONTHS prior to my arrival to him, mind you, I was being seen by my former OBGYN twice per week. No excuses for her neglect. It turns out, I have CIN 3 and need LEEP. If not for this man reading my history and clearly being a good doctor, I don’t know what the outcome would have been for a mom of 4 beautiful kids one of which was just born. Thank you, Dr. Gulinson, from the bottom of my heart. I am so thankful that I walked out on my old doctor at 34 weeks pregnant and found him. Trust your instincts, ladies. And then trust Dr. Gulinson.  Update 1: Would not trade him for the world. He is extremely knowledgable and attentive as a physician. Not to mention when I walk into his office, he knows me by name and addresses me like an old friend. It's like Cheers, ha. I highly recommend his office if you need care. He will take care of you!  *Original* Excuse me, but ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW? : I have not even had my first appointment with Dr. Gulinson and I feel like I have had more of a response from him than any other doctor I have ever spoken to in my 34 years! Haha. It's a Sunday night. I contacted via email what I thought was his office to let them know I had sent the medical release form to my old office to transfer care and was looking forward to having my first visit with this office. Dr. Gulinson responded personally to me, taking special interest in my pregnancy and asking questions concerning my care, making sure I have called the office to schedule. I am blown away! People... it's a Sunday night and my not-even-yet doctor is personally replying to me to make sure I get properly taken care of. I. Am. In. Love. With. This. Lol At my previous office, they don't even have a direct line for me to reach my doctor's OFFICE STAFF. If I had any concerns, I would have had to call an office in downtown Phoenix and wait for responses while THEY contact my doctor. I am so pleased! Thank you, Dr. Gulinson, for already showing how compassionate you are as a human being. I am SO looking forward to being under the care of this man. And I am so grateful that he is taking me as a new patient when I am high risk and already 34 weeks along. Amazing! 5 stars all the way!
