Just tried calling to just ask some basic questions and they couldn't even give me 2 minutes of their undivided attention. Just based on that initial phone call I can tell they have problems and are not professionals.

The professional staff of this office in my opinion is having internal struggles with the owner Dr. Rawls. I have had three different providers at this office over the last year or a little longer. All three of these providers have left the office for other jobs. This amount of turnover by providers seems excessive. I had an appointment the 4th of November. The front office staff called, cancelled the appointment, and informed me that I would get another appointment date sometime in November. I really don't think that's going to happen since today is November 29th and I don't believe they will call and tell me to come in tomorrow. I asked about prescription refills and was told they might be able to but I'm (the staff) unsure. They also suggested I might call two other providers in town both of whom I've never seen before. It's unlikely that would happen in a timely manner. I stopped by the office because I needed a letter confirming that I was being treated there. The receptionist took the information and I haven't heard back. That was two weeks ago. I don't know what's going on and have been left hanging in limbo. This is unprofessional behavior by a (so-called) medical doctor and certainly bad business practice. I believe she should be sanctioned by the NC Medical Board and her license suspended for abandonment of patients.

i feel the same way everytime i turn around ithey are changing my appt.. it is getting old goin to a diff dr everytime you go... Now i get a letter stating they are closing and moving somewhere else.
