My wife, Cynthia, had seen Dr. Lynch had another facility, and was thrilled to find out that he was moving to this clinic. She knew that Doctor would not suggest something just on a whim. I had had a MRI and when Doctor saw it he actually told me NO to the trigger point injections and told me to "run" to my neck surgeon. My daughter and I got a great laugh from that as I am in a wheelchair. Dr. Lynch laughed when I told him that "I would get right on running to my neck surgeon, Dr. Wright, just as soon as I raced my wheelchair over him and knocked him on his fanny. That is the kind of Doctor he is. Doctor Lynch is serious when necessary about treatment plans. When I got there and was told a few things I wasn't happy with the change. I felt as though my treatment plan was being changed just because I was a new patient there. The only reason I was a new patient there was because my insurance had changed. Do I agree with everything? No. I do feel that pain management doctors should be yelling at the tops of their lungs for their patients. If all of these folks hollering about opiod deaths etc. are getting Presidential attention, I have heard nothing from our side of this issue. Back to Dr. Lynch, I now see Stacy regularly, and omg she is just a joy. Fast, efficient, caring and has more energy than the energizer bunny. Came to the exam room by myself and she even asked where my husband was. Amazing she sees all of these patients and remembers that someone is normally with me! She is a trooper, doesn't miss a beat when you ask her a question has more knowledge than Carter has pills. Smile on her face is contagious. I actually enjoy going to the clinic. Wish the guy that use to (maybe Mason) set new appointments wasn't in the lab now, he was fun at the checkout counter. Cindi is also great, just wish she wouldn't take my weight so regularly (that woman NEVER EVER forgets).

Dr. Kelly, Kari Stewart APRN and the rest of Dr. Kelly's staff are so caring and helpful. Dr. Kelly wants to improve your quality of life without putting your life in danger by prescribing to much medication. He realizes it is a delicate balance. I know for a fact when he leaves the office he is still thinking about his patients. I received a call about 9 pm one night - he launched into an explanation of an epiphany he had regarding a way to help me - lol - it took me a moment to realize it was Dr. Kelly. He was absolutely right and what he prescribed worked! Now, Kari takes care of me and she hasn't missed a beat! She is the best - I would recommend Kari too! Everyone in the office is absolutely wonderful! You won't find a better place to go to get superb care!

After previous experiences with PM clinics I was absolutely dreading going to anthoer one. The constant overmedicating with meds that didn't work, Drs not listening to my changing symptoms, staff treating me as a number and nothing more, and never being seen on time or even within the hour were some or the reasons for the dread. Within two minutes of Dr Kelly talking to me on my initial visit I knew I had finally found the closest thing to an angel on earth. He took the time to get to KNOW ME PERSONALLY, what my lifestyle is, what I realistically want to achieve with pain management, even took the time to ask/listen to me about friends, family, and other relationships. He GENUINLY showed interest in not only my condition but wanted to make a human connection and build trust. Which he did. We talked about different options and the benefits and drawbacks of each treatment and medication. He did not rush at all and answered every question I had. And I had a lot of them. Due to my unique treatment I was currently on he took the time to research it to be able to further understand what I was going through. Dr Kelly even gave me his personal number to text him with updates on how I was doing the first few weeks as I transitioned into the new treatment. That alone put me at ease and relieved so much tention I had about the future. After seeing him for three visits I began to see Stacy Torres his Nurse Practitioner. Once again I became apprehensive wondering if she would understand my somewhat unique condition and be as personal as Dr Kelly. And she is absolutely amazing! She puts me at ease, gets to know me personally and not just as the "10:00am" patient. She also answers any questions I have and I have NEVER felt rushed by her either, or any of the staff for that matter. Everyone up there is amazing and genuine. She makes me smile every time I am up there. From checkin to checkout when scheduling my next appointment I feel like they all work together to make patients feel more human than any other medical office I have been in over the past 8 years. That goes for the lab personnel to the gentlemen that did my EKG. The team dynamic and company culture at the office is top rate. They treat me as if they were treating their own family member. And as far as the treatment we decided on, it has been life changing to say the least. They took the time to listen and adjust certain things that now allow me to not worry about if I will be able to make it though hitting a few golf balls (which was not an option before Dr Kelly) with friends, hold my friends children when they run to me, be able to wake up and get out of bed with the confidence I won't be in debilitating pain that day, or even just walk up stairs without fear of the pain it once caused. I could not be more pleased with the staff especially Dr Kelly, Stacy, and the gentlemen that schedules my appointments who always makes me laugh and. smile. This clinic is top notch and I couldn't dream of getting better care than what I am receiving. Thank you to everyone up there and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for personalized, honest, and complete genuine care for chronic pain conditions. They have changed my life more than I can express. Thank you Oklahoma Pain Center for everything you do for your patients.
