Wow! so much time wasted at this place. Never felt more crooked off my money and time in my life. Jennifer Price seems like a good doctor but she is basically just an AI computer generated robot . I'm a nice person, I normally feel bad for even talking down on someone negatively, but not this time... this place just cannot function at all. The staff is so inefficient and unreliable it's mind boggling .

After four visits over a nearly 5 month period, and after spending thousands of dollars, I still have not seen Dr Dent and my ear problem has not improved. Every time I get the same physicians assistant who is truly the worst medical professional I have ever met. I feel like I'm talking to my mechanic about my ear problem. His very limited array of treatments quickly came to an end and then he simply wants to repeat them because maybe it will work this time. Never is there any indication that maybe he's reached the limits of his ability to diagnose and treat a medical problem and its time to turn it over to the doctor. And then there is the $625 injection that used to be a surgical procedure but isn't any more but they can still charge that much. Truly my worst experience with a doctor's office.

My throat problem is increasingly growing worse by the day , I have been going to this ENT for 4 months now and nothing has gotten better. Medication after medication, money wasted , time wasted, these people do not care about you, they want their commission . be smart when you deal with these kinds of people, get right to the point, don't let them take advantage of you and slow down the process. F*** this place.

I was charge $650.00 dollars for a 12 minute examination with a Physician' Assistant for a lesion on my tongue. He said it didn't look like cancer but I should just remove anyway to be safe. This would require surgery. I had to get clearance for surgery which required and EKG. The EKG result got messed because of my hairy chest and I couldn't get clearance for the surgery before the end of the year, when my insurance changed. So I didn't get the surgery. Two months later, the lesion cleared up on it's own. So I almost got the surgery for nothing. On top of that my insurance paid 500.00 dollars for the visit and I had a bill for 150.00. They hounded me for three months for their 150, threatening to send me to a collection agency. (I paid the bill today, grudgingly.) In summary, I think that I was grossly overcharged for bad advice. I would not recommend Stephen Dent. P.S. I have never taken the time to write a negative review about anyone online. I hope this helps anyone considering going to see him.

I had two root canals “re-done” by my Endodontist. This resulted in an infection that spread to my jaw, ears, sinuses, and eyes. I had just completed three rounds of antibiotics for this infection which had returned twice. I made an appointment with Dr. Dent’s P.A., Bret Noland, to confirm the infection was finally cleared up. I was extremely pleased with Bret’s knowledge, thoroughness, and understanding of my specific situation of having a weak immune system due to Lymphoma. Most of all, he listened to me, believed this had actually happened to me (unlike another ENT I had previously seen), and was kind and gentle. He confirmed my sinus and ear infections had cleared up, and per my request, provided me with a backup plan (a different antibiotic) in case the infection should return again. I felt a sense of relief in knowing I had a very competent P.A. and ENT office supporting me during this trying time. My appointment was 16 days out, since this was my first time visiting their office. It was absolutely worth the wait. Desiree at the front desk, and the attending nurse were extremely nice, helpful, and professional as well.
