He was very rude and very rough. He had such an attitude when he first walked in the room. He filled in my tooth and did a very bad job, totally uneven and high in some spots, and gave me sensitivity that lasted for months in that tooth with how hard he drilled. I've never before had sensitivity after a filling with other dentists. The original issue with the tooth was fairly small and not nearly enough to warrant this kind of dental trauma. As far as filling it in badly goes, he somehow managed to get some of the bonding agent between my teeth and made it impossible to floss between them. I went back in, and he walked into the room, rude as hell again, saying, "My receptionist told me you told her I stuck your teeth together." As if I was wrongly accusing him of something...they WERE stuck together. Of course he was extremely rough again when fixing the issue. I would never recommend going to this inconsiderate jerk's office.

Great blend of friendliness and professionalism. Excellent staff, facility, and dentist. They've clearly thought through many of the frustrations and fears that people have with dental visits. There are TV's in the ceiling with headphones so you can have something to stare at other than the lights. When giving a shot, Dr. Rouff has something that jiggles your cheek, sounds funny, but you never feel the shot. Everything speaks of a genuine empathy for the person in the chair. This is easily the best dental practice I've visited.
