I would not recommend. Used laser fluorescence machine to determine I had 3 cavities, which wasn't the case. I would've undergone unnecessary dental procedures if I hadn't gotten a second opinion. Stay Away.

I have been going to Susan Carter for the past 8-9 years. Steve is my dental hygienist and I cannot say enough nice things about him. He is so nice and really good at his job. He does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and he is always willing to answer any questions I have. Dr. Carter is a very experienced dentist. She knows what she is doing, which really helps reduce my own anxiety about going to the dentist. I have horrible teeth, and I have had a lot of dental work done. Every time I have to go in to have more work done, Dr. Carter and her staff always make sure I am comfortable. Just this week, I had a horrible toothache. I called her office around 10am and they told me to come in at 1pm, so Dr. Carter could look at my tooth. I came in and she determined the tooth needed a root canal. Her staff called the oral surgeon's office and got me in for a root canal that afternoon!

The staff in this office was is wonderful. They are extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed. Dr. Carter-O'Shea is also extremely nice and explains the process to you in a way that you understand. You do not feel like you are being up sold on services that are not needed. I would recommend this office to family and friends.
