Very disappointing policies and staff. Dr Tara Levine is a lovely person and a wonderful doctor. I have seen her as a patient since 2003 when she was in Pembroke Pines. I have not been to see her in two years so the staff told me I must be re-entered as a "new patient" and could not be seen for two months. This is ridiculous in my opinion, so regrettably I am dropping this group as my Primary care physician.

Stay away from this office. Because I have a HMO plan the office is required to arrange a specialist visit. It's been one week ~ No calls from this office then I called 3 times in one day only to hear they were to busy to deal with my issue ~ My condition is serious ~ Are you kidding me ~ To be continued ~ Just stay away from this place.

Dr. Levine was out so I had to see a different doctor. Didn't get the best treatment. Asked to clean my ears, they couldn't do I have to do it myself...

Beware do not go to this medical office for anything this is the uworst unprofessional staff I have ever and encounted brenda the manager is so disrespectful talking down z to you do not go to this office the worst ever I will not be referring anyone to go there to be treated like that

Terrible experience. Never even made it on. The doctors lost a potential patient because Jessica wouldn't call the insurance to verify that I chose them. If you can't make a call then you can't that a patient. I agree with the other review... Shelly.
