Dr.Shock has been my doctor for my whole life, he seems to actually care about his patients. All of the Staff are kind and I’ve never had ANY issues. There was even a time when we had one of the smaller rooms and it’s was my parents and I. The nurse set up the room in a way that way we could all fit into the room that wasn’t meant to fit 5 people. He is my family doctor and I’ve been asked if I want to change doctors and I don’t because he has help me and my family each so much. I’m very comfortable there and it’s just all around a very good place to go.

This is by far the worst office you could step foot into. I had an appt at 9am and ended up walking out at 10. The receptionist is beyond rude. They also cancelled my prescriptions with no warnings, without said prescription seizures were induced an I got to have a nice little extra trip to the ER. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place.

Dr Schock has been my Doctor for the better part of 15 years. Now it is not by accident then that I have kept and stayed with him for so long. He has always been involved and proactive with my care. He has a very nice and gentle way about him. You can not only tell that his care for you is genuine but as well you can just feel it. He never tries to rush you or hurry you along. He makes you feel like your allotted time with him is important and that it matters and if you should need a few more minutes with him or a little extra time so to speak it is not so much granted but instead completely given. Now these traits and these qualities of Dr Schock are carried over and extend right to his nurses and to his secretaries as well. I can only hope that I am able to keep the good Doctor in my corner for another 15 years. This review that I will now submit concerning Doctor Schock was not only deserving but absolutely earned. Thank you so much for these years of quality care that have most certainly not only enhanced my life but have made it better. Much much better.

Everyone at the office is friendly and I feel dr Schock really cares .

Customer service from Heidi, the receptionist, was terribly rude and disrespectful. In the years I have done work with Human Resources and Customer Service I have never been spoken to with such "upitty", "I'm better than you" tone.
