Dr. Gerrets is good at what he does. Unfortunately, the billing practices at his clinic border fraud. I visited twice--once for a procedure and once for a consult. Both times I was over-billed and had to call in to dispute the charges. The office manager was rude, but agreed "to forgive the charges," stating that she would not do it again in the future. Far from the apology I expected.
