Terrible customer service. Bad attitude from receptionist. Basically exactly the same as the complaint before mine. I will gladly switch to a doctor in Tulsa and make a day out of my appointment rather than deal with this office EVER again. I would give 0 stars if Google allowed.

We moved to Tulsa and I still drive to Okmulgee to see Dr Tracy. She gives me all the time I need and answers all my questions.

It was a week before they could get me in then upon my arrival for appointment I was told with an attitude from the receptionist that my appointment was scheduled for an earlier time and if I had checked my voice-mail I would have known this so basically I missed my appointment. My appointment was set for the afternoon and the receptionist said it was set for that morning, which was a lie. I then was told it would be another week before they could get me in. The receptionist was rude and could careless if I was seen or not. BAD FOR BUSINESS and I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS RUDE AND INEFFECTIVE DR. OFFICE FOR DR. TRACY SANFORD DO.
