Dr. Uday Chadha has always been kind, patient, understanding and compassionate. We feel very confident once we leave his office. When you don’t have an appointment, the walk-in time is very reasonable. He always takes the time to explain every little detail, even sometimes drawing pictures for us. We love our visits with him.

Awful experince here!! Never going back.. for starters I called in around 230 I needed to get this rash on my neck checked out. The lady says be in before 4 we will take you as a walk in. I showed up at 345 she said sorry we can take you today as we stop taking people at 330. After telling them the situation they put me on the list. I finally get a room ( I don't mind waiting, as I know these places can get busy) but they stick me in an office. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. I start talking to the doctor he said it was a mild poison ivy or tree he hummed and hahd about what he was going to do .. he barely even looked at it.. i was his last patient so that could of had something to do with it...he didn't want to give me anything because it should go away in a couple days.. I woke up it was worse then before I thought I'd get reassessed by a walk in clinic ( apple tree to be exact ) and what a difference the professionalism everything about it !! Turns out I have shingles. I hope nobody goes to this business as it is obviously family run they don't care about what goes on. The front desk is rude and unprofessional. Last but not least .. I never write reviews because quite frankly I don't really care that much.. in fact this is my first review ever. But this was a terrible experience and really unprofessional

Had an awful experience with the staff at reception! I went in for a walk-in and was told I would have to pay upfront because I have an out-of-province Health Card! So I went back to figure out if I'd be able to claim for a reimbursement with my Saskatchewan Health Card. I figured out the procedure and paperwork and then went back to the clinic. I was ready to make a payment when I was told 'we accept only cash or check' (really?!). Extremely frustrating....one, I was given half the information and even after going there twice in a day I was unable to meet a doctor; two, what place accepts only cash? I mean even the Dollar Stores accept at least a Debit Card payment, and this happens to be a Medical clinic!! Extremely unprofessional service! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
