Today I legally severed my relationship with this Doctor due to the unprofessional conduct of her support staff during the course of numerous telephone conversations.
However; based on the fact that my insurance company is only allowing me to meet with my new Primary Care Physician at the beginning of next month: I will be forced to have Dr. McIntosh's Nurse Practitioner in my home without benefit of Counsel tomorrow afternoon.

love her to death. she is a one of a kind doctor who listens to you and is there for you to help u get better. I recommend anyone to go to her. Been going to see her for a couple of years now and will continue seeing her.
