When I called on 01/11/16 at 9:30 a.m., as a new patient seeking medical attention, I was spoken to rudely by the person that answered the phone as if they weren't in the business of seeing patients. Her tone was very uninviting and if she was rude then I'm sure the nurses and doctors are too because she sounded really comfortable with speaking in that unacceptable tone so obviously it's allowed. I didn't even waste my time sending over a referral for an appointment.
