I really liked the Nurse Practitioner here who is basically my primary physician here. She does a great job and explains things very well however I am only rating them three start as the staff is not very helpful. I have tried calling multiple times and can't get anyone on the phone to reschedule my appointment. They sent me to go get lab work done at a location that didn't take my insurance so I had to figure out where to get lab work done on my own and when I called for information about where to go they were not very knowledgeable or helpful. Still can't seem to get anyone on the phone now so a little frustrated with their staff.

Avoid this doctor. He entered my visit wrong, so instead of insurance covering it I got stuck with a $1,500 charge. Spent 9 months trying to get him to fix it, dealing with incredibly rude and unresponsive staff. Save yourself the trouble.
