Dr. William Goral was a very, very caring doctor. He listened to everything I said. He was very professional, and very courteous. His offices and waiting room were nice and clean. the wait in the waiting room was only a few minutes. the staff was polite, and helpful. the only warning i have is because his office is inside the hospital, finding a parking space is difficult. I recommended arriving 15 minutes earlier to give yourself enough time to find parking. My office visit was a quick and easy. I will be returning to Dr. Goral for any future ENT issues.
