I've called the phone number hundreds of times and never get an answer, I always leave a message and nobody calls me back. It's been months since my visit and I'm waiting on results from very important things. These people have all but disappeared. They are literally doing nothing and taking your money and just avoid you until you're fed up and find another doctor. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my entire life.

Dr.WILLIAM ESCOFFERY.0ONLY HAVE LADY AT THE DECL AND I CANT EVEN GET MY MEDICAL REACORDS BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM FOR THE PAST MONTH

He is by far the best pediatrician my daughter has ever been to. Wonderful with small children and very knowledgable. I always panicked whenever anything seemed wrong with my first child and dr. Escoffrey never lost his patience with me and happily answered all of my questions and concerns. Yes the office is a little lack-luster and the wait times are a little long but I would never take my daughter to anyone else.
