I have been going here for 6 years and would not want to go anywhere else. Dr Ching and her staff are great!. Dr Chings always punctual,fast and provides quality treatment. My whole family also comes here and we appreciate her honest service.

Dr. Ching has been my children's dentist for two years. She is very good with kids. The office is clean, boutique, and conveniently located next 16th Ave and Woodbine Ave. Dr. Ching is observant and her work is meticulous and of high quality. She is committed to continuous learning, enjoys her job, respects her profession and her clients. Her staff is professional and helpful. They even go the extra mile if needed.  One hygenist has been working with Dr. Ching for 20+ years. I've been seeing the same staff for the last two years.  
Overall I recommend this dentist and would be sticking with her.

We were seeing Dr. Ching for years, but over the years her practice got busier and busier....visits with her were shorter and shorter, and the time it took you to see her next was longer and longer.  The front staff changes frequently, so most of the time your paperwork will be submitted incorrectly.  The hygienists turnover too more than usual.  You get 5 mins with the doctor and the last straw was when I had a dental emergency and called and they wouldn't take 15 mins out of their day to see me.  After years and years of loyalty.  I moved my kids to a competent dentist (who were also Dr Ching's patients) and was told the fillings she did was causing cavities underneath, and the recent ones were not filled completely.  It has cost me thousands more in extensive dental bills because of her incompetence.  Go into the office and experience this for yourself.

My recent visit to Dr. Winnie Ching's office was in Oct 2014.  Upon checking in I was greeted by the friendly receptionist.  Within minutes, I was greeted and seen by Dr. Ching.  Very punctual as always.  So punctual that I always rather try to be there early for my appointments.
I had visited several other dental offices in Markham and Toronto before but I have never come across any one that has nearly as high hygiene standard as Dr. Ching's.  This is one of the key reason I, my husband, and my daughter are returning patients to this dental office.  I can see Dr. Ching and her well trained staff have put a lot of effort into their process from sterilizing the equipment to handling the gauze balls.  It really gives me the peace of mind during my treatments.
Most importantly, Dr. Ching is a very professional and knowledgeable dentist.  She always provides me the answers and recommendations I need about my dental concerns.  As a matter of fact, I found she often made her recommendations from the patient's perspective and well-being which I greatly appreciate.
To me these are the most important criteria in seeking a good dentist and I think I have found mine.
