Dr. Al Hassani is as described by other reviewers - competent and caring. The chemo infusion department has wonderful techs and good facilities. Here is the beef: * This office has no regard for patient's schedules and time. Yesterday, at 55 minutes past the appointment time, I had not been called. Meaning, when called in I'd sit for another 30 min. to wait to see the doctor. I left because I had other appointments to keep. * Nearly impossible to reach the office by telephone. The typical call to reschedule requires you to listen to the standard disgusting recordings for 5 minutes, and then you get "front desk scheduling is unavailable, leave a message." Good luck on getting a return call, you have to call again. * Inadequate parking. Wheelchair unfriendly/difficult to maneuver. No space for wheelchairs in waiting room.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Al-Hassani and his staff. They care so much and they truly listen to you. They will bust their butts to get whatever it is you need. I love how Dr. A will always ask "how are you feeling" and he just looks at you and listens. Those ladies at the front desk are amazing. Jasmine, Chrissie, Gina, and so on. If we needed an outpatient appt at the hospital, they were right on it, and could often get us in within 24 hours. Ana one of the nurses is phenomenal. She was answering phone calls outside of business hours when we needed advice or results. This is a wonderful practice and I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent doctor. Very patient and attentive. He treats my mom and we are grateful her primary doctor referred to Dr Al-Hassani.

Dr. Alhassani and staff have enacted as my everything provider(s) for the past 2+ years. No concern is ever too small and my feelings are always of upmost concern. I've enjoyed being treated as an individual while still having proficient and effective care of my diagnoses!

The staff at Dr. Alhassani's office are friendly, professional, and curteous. The waiting rooms are clean and bright. All the Nurses are terrific too! Nurse Anna is on top of things also. She's right by Dr. Alhassani side with the patient's. Dr. Alhassani is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Dr. Alhassani treated me in the ER and during my entire hospital stay. He saved my life. I was diagnosed with TTP and Dr. Alhassani put me on the correct course of treatment and checked in on me everyday. He is personable, will answer your questions, and is a brilliant Doctor.
