I love eating here. I ate here for lunch. They have a lunch special which is pretty affordable. The jasmine tea is delicious with our meal. Restrooms are clean. The decor is beautiful. The servers are quick and attentive. We got our food fast. Parking: Plenty of space during lunch hours.
I was looking for a healthier place to eat in the area and came across this restaurant. This was my first time visiting. It is near the 215 freeway, and Alessandro, the main exit. The food was phenomenal, I was not expecting much. To my surprise, I love it. I ordered steamed dumplings and chicken chop suey. The service was also very lovely, they seat you fairly quickly, and the food was ready in no time. The server comes and checks in on you often enough. The atmosphere was nice, they had long tables with chairs and booths. I understand that with the current economy, it is bad. With that being said, my only complaint is the price. It was $34 for once plate, an appetizers and a cold tea. Outside of that, I do recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a good sit downChineseRestaurant. I do believe I will be back, given the opportunity. Parking: Enough parking out front and side of the building.
Walked in and it reminded me of my favorite Chinese restaurants back home. This place did NOT disappoint. From the egg drop soup or “flower soup” to the Sweet and Sour Chicken, the taste was amazing. The lunch portions are definitely filling and the quality of food in my opinion was the best I’ve had during my business stay here in Moreno Valley. Highly recommend and the waitstaff was superb. A1 Service and great tasting food! Definitely coming back!
I haven't been here in years. It's definitely not the same @all! The menu is not the same. No alcohol. Food used to be very good. The best meat cuts and thin. Not anymore. Ordered the combo fried rice the meat was chunky & chewy. Small portion and not flavorful. Had wonton soup, it was horrible more like cabbage soup big chunks & very bland. Steamed dumplings was more like steamed tortilla with a very hard inside, the dumpling was two times the size if the filling. Definitely would.not go back, sad I used to love going here a few years ago.
I come here often and I love the food every time. I ordered vegetable lo mein, vegetable crispy rice soup, and vegetable fried rice. My friends and I ate every crumb. The staff was very attentive. Our total was about 40 something dollars. Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options like soups, lo mein, and fried rice. Parking: Didn't have to pay for parking and it's located right in front of the restaurant.
I can't say enough about the Dragon House. I've been eating here for 25+ years, and I've never had a bad experience. To start, the food is excellent. Of special note are the spicy beef and the seafood hot and sour soup. I'm also a big fan of the honey walnut shrimp. But honestly, anything you get will be among the best versions of that dish. But as great as the food is, the service is even better. The service staff are among the most professional and efficient of any restaurant in the area. The service is seriously comparable to any fine dining restaurant you could name. I can't wait for my next meal. There is van accessible parking. The restaurant is accessible.
Sorry but the food quality has gone down since COVID. I was looking forward to a yummy lunch of my mu shu chicken. Unfortunately, the pancakes fell apart and the fried rice was just brown rice with a piece of egg on top. The restaurant was clean, but I took my order to go. If I do try Dragon House Moreno Valley again I will dine in to see if my experience is better. Respectfully
Came in for dinner first time at dragon house Got seated right away service was very good Ordered beef lo mein orange chicken and sesame chicken the beef lo mein was real good as well as the sesame chicken. The orange chicken was just ok kinda mushy fried rice was good. Also got the beef sticks appetizer delicious would definitely come back only issue it’s pretty expensive
I would give a 3.5 if possible. Food was a little better than average. If I was in the area I would go back. However, I wouldn't go out of my way to go back. Shrimp was a little old, but decent flavor for Kung pow Shrimp. Egg flour soap was the highlight, as it was delicious. Fried rice and chow mein was average. The server was a little rude as I was inquiring questions about food and she seemed annoyed.
Let's start with the fact that it took 20 minutes and I had to wave the waiter down to get water ! At that point we were ready to order ,he said " you're ready? " To which we replied "yes" and started ordering he completely ignored us and walked away didn't come back for another 5 minutes . There was 5 of us and a baby . With his attitude and the amount of times it's stated on the menu "parties of 6 will include a 15% gratuity " I figured he would count the baby to secure his undeserved tip . Bill came to $96.xx and he added a tip of $17.63 ! At this point I was pretty annoyed and asked him " is this the 15% tip you think you earned? Cause 15% of $96 is about $14 and some change! " I asked for a receipt to see if there was any other underhand shadiness he came back with a small piece of paper with a hand written amount on it . Needless to say this was the first and last time my family will be eating here . Truly a shame because the food had decent flavor .
