This was the worst dining experience I've ever had... and usually it takes a lot to make me unhappy.  First, my husband tried to make a reservation by calling.... which no one answered the phone, so he left a message with the time we wanted and his name.  They called back hours later and said the earliest they had was 8pm... Okay not so bad.  We arrived at 7:50 to make sure we wouldn't be late, only to be told that they were "running behind" and we wouldn't be seated til 8:30.  The hostess was also very rude, and was too busy with playing with her cell phone to even tell us sorry.  She also had us marked down under the name "Don," but we told her it was supposed to be John... when we came back at 8:30, she still called us by the name Don (I know it's something little, but seriously?).  So we finally get seated with 2 other couples... and we had expected that since we were eating so late it was because the place was busy, right?  Wrong.  There were only 2 of the probably 10 tables being used, and there were only 2 chefs.  Our waitress was nice, but definitely not on the ball, to say the least.  We ordered drinks first... it took her 20 minutes to get my husband his beer and another 20 to get the other couple their glasses of wine.  The couple with us also said that the bar had kicked 4 of the 6 kegs they had, and were completely out of rum... what kind of bar lets that happen? After we all ordered, our waitress brought out the soup... except only 2 of them were right, so she had to go back and get the 4 others that she messed up.  She later complained about how she "had no idea what was going on" in regards to our food/when the chef would be at our table.  One of the chairs had a broken back and some of the dishes that were supposed to be "clean" were dirty with old food on them.  We also noticed all the waitresses/chefs kept piling up dirty dishes on the table next to us instead of taking them back to the kitchen.  Gross.  So, we were seated at 8:30 and the chef didn't even come to start cooking until 9:30.  I will say though, he is the only reason I didn't just get up and walk out.  The food was pretty good, not the best hibachi but not bad.  I will admit my husband and I had fun complaining about how terrible this experience was with the other couples at our table.  

Overall, this place needs to fire whatever kind of bullshit excuse of management they have and really train all their employees on customer service and efficiency.  I will never waste my time or money going here again, and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.  Stay far far away from this place.

This place was sub-par at best. I have had far better hibachi for much cheaper. Although, the wait staff was friendly.
