11-4-22  Hard to find but found it. It was buried in all that construction work they are doing.  Place has a nice ambiance. Met the owner too friendly and made sure you are happy with your order.  Okay, I had the ramen and lobster roll.  I had the meat on my ramen replaced to smoked pork ribs. First, they are the only one in town I know who makes their own noodles that’s a plus. Second, food is good, could have more of that    tho, i like the twist. Third, good service.

Really stoked on this place! The ramen and bao were both delicious. Flavorful spicy, not ruin the flavor spicy on the ramen. The only complaint is I wish they did pressed marinated tofu in the ramen. Think that would bring it to another level if it had some texture. The one mixed drink they had was bomb. Highly suggest checking this place out.

This place is AMAZING! The ramen is the best I’ve ever had. You can tell the noodles are fresh and they make them in house. They are also very kind and make great recommendations. I have had several wonderful experiences here since they have opened. The Yaki Udon has tremendous flavor. I am not a vegan, but the Taiwanese vegan chicken option is mind-bogglingly tasty. A wonderful staff and friendly service!

Great ramen place downtown Denver. Right on 16th street. They make fresh noodles in house. The broth is flavorful. I recommend the bulgogi Bao!Recommended dishes

Excellent, fresh ramen and bao! We tried the Char Siu Rib & Black Tonkotsu ramen and bulgogi & duck bao. Everything was fresh and so flavorful. Love all the add ons for the ramen. Happy to have this so close to the office & we will all be back soon.

Love the lobster ramen so much! They did a great job definitely recommend making it spicy you won’t be disappointed. The rolls were just as amazing. Don’t miss out on this place, it’s a must try!  Thank you Tyler for the awesome service!

I love the Ramen here at Dragonfly Noodle. Ive come back many times for some of their delicious and beautifully plated dishes. I would also highly recommend their Spicy Yaki Udon and Bulgogi Bao. Delicious! I’ll be returning many times in the future.

Great new Ramen spot on 16th. I went for lunch and had the Char Siu Rib Ramen. It was delicious! Nice portion, excellent broth, and the ribs were tender. The noodles themselves are the big winner though, so good!Food: 5/5

Finding it was a bit rough what with the construction but the ramen was delicious! Friendly service, respectable prices and house made noodles. Will definitely come again!Recommended dishes
