Story

Drain Doctor, a family owned and operated business, has been providing drain cleaning service throughout the greater Boston area since 1984. With our fleet of service vans, equipment and experienced technicians we provide a full range of sewer and drain cleaning services to residential, commercial and industrial customers alike.

In addition to our fully stocked service vans, we provide a full line of equipment to facilitate the proper cleaning of sanitary lines, catch basins, storm lines, area drains, floor drains, roof drains, any size grease trap, ejector pits, and more. We also offer video inspections with pipe location recorded on a VHS/DVD or a USB flash drive.

As a member of a family that has owned owner-occupied, multi-family properties for a couple of generations; the call for service was promptly answered and expertly managed.  Every data element on the call was repeated back: precisely, data element for data element without a single error.  Service was immediately scheduled and arrived in the 1st, 30 minutes of the 2 hour window.  Actual service to unclog a basement toilet was expertly done in a manner that left the surrounding area clean [there was no overflow prior to service].

Keep in mind that this is a premium service.  The cost regarding promptness and expertise is commensurate with the service level.  I did not ask for the "Albert" coupon and they did not offer it to me as a 1st time customer.

Very Professional, Came immediately, Main drain was clogged with hundreds of baby wipes. He came, he fought, he conquered. Patrick was a great guy. Would absolutely recommend Drain Doctors to anyone who has a drain problem.
