I needed a basement drain rough in done for a two piece bathroom and laundry room. I called Drain Express which was the first company I found through an internet search. Mike showed up to look at my project and sent me a quote the next morning. I backed checked the quote through a couple of people and the price checked out to be fair market value. I just felt comfortable being a tradesman myself that Mike knew what he was talking about. His crew showed up early on the scheduled day by about one hour which I thought was amazing. His crew was professional, clean and well organized. They did an excellent job in a very timely manner and cleaned up after themselves like they were never even there. I gave them five stars because even though I have high expectations they exceeded them. I highly recommend them for this type of residential work.

I am thoroughly pleased with the work done by Walter. He replaced our 32 year old sump pump. He was professional, thorough and efficient. He took time to explain the warranties. He gave me a quote in advance and the final fee was the same including a small discount. I would recommend this company.

Great company to work with!! We had a problem with a drain in our crawl space due to tree roots damage. Mike came in first and assessed the problem. He then explained what would be the options. He was very professional and honest in his evaluation. We set a date to start the job and on that day Victor and Vitaliy showed up. They were extremely professional. They did an excellent work, and left the site super clean. Highlights:  great communication, excellent customer service, fair price, honest evaluation, high quality work. No doubt, if needed, we’ll definitely work with them again!

After detecting a leak in our basement, I contacted Drain Express based on a friend recommending them.  Mike was quick to respond, came by the next day and diagnosed the issue a leaking compression valve on the main water supply to the house.  His colleague Walter made arrangements to come by and correct the issue by replacing the shut off valve and even installed a secondary shut off valve as a fail safe.  Walter arranged for the city to shut off the water at the street and completed the work quickly and expertly in the window they gave us.  Overall, I am very pleased with their professionalism, response time and quality of work and would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future.

My basement was saved from being flooded. Walter who came to fix the broken pipe was extremely nice and very friendly. He's also patient in answering any of our questions. I would give him and the company ten stars if I could! Definitely recommend their service.

We had a great experience with Drain Express. Our sump pump failed after only 2.5 years installed by someone else. Vlad was sent to our house, discussed three different options with us, without pressuring us to go with the most expensive. He came the next day to quickly install a simple sump pump so we wouldn’t have a flood with the upcoming rain, and scheduled a full day 7 hours a few days later to install the one with battery backup and alarm. He tested it thoroughly and explained it all to us. Very pleasant experience. The company also said they would take care of the city rebate paperwork after we pointed it out to them.

I had a sump pump and sewer line emergency on a long weekend. Mike and Walter came out, investigated the problem and suggested options. They worked with me to come up with the best solutions, and their crew was here the following day. Every effort was made to protect my home, and when the work was completed, the work areas were clean, tidied up, and everything put back in place. The workers were respectful, efficient, and even shovelled a path for themselves to access the back door, as they came after a big snowstorm.  The workers came when promised, the work was done as planned, and the work was done on budget and on time. I highly recommend Drain Express and their knowledgeable and professional staff. I'm very happy with their work.

An absolute pleasure to work with Walter today to diagnose a leak in my basement. He verified all faucets, toilets, showers and drains were working to rule out any intital issues. He then worked outside and found the root cause of the leak which he quickly resolved by repairing the drainage. I don't know alot of plumbers that would spend the time to ensure all possible avenues are explored before calling it a day. He was determined to help and explained everything in detail as he went. Look no further for an honest plumber at an incredibly reasonable price. Can't thank you enough.

Since the July 2013 storm we have lived in fear of a sewage flooded basement.. but not anymore. Walter and his crew from Drain Express just finished installing a Backwater Valve and an additional drain near our hot water heater. I wished we had have done it sooner. What I thought was going to be a huge mess with digging a hole in the basement floor turned out to be no big deal and very little disruption. Extremely tidy, efficient and so respectful and polite. Top that off with a $1250 rebate from the city Walter takes care of the paperwork and it is win win all the way around.

Mike and his team have been great to work with. First he helped fixed a broken subpump in my basement, but before ever coming over he helped me troubleshoot over facetime late at night to stop any additional flooding.  His colleague Walter came by more recently to help fix a broken hose faucet outside of my house. They're always super professional, on time, and great to work with. Thanks guys!
