Eddie came to our home on the same day we had our water main clipped by a contractor.  He was very thorough in his work, completed the fix in a few short hours and we had water back that evening!  
His expertise and customer service was outstanding - thank you Drain Masters!

We had a plumbing emergency and our response time was very quick.  Ed was the plumber that came to our house.  He was very professional, fast, efficient, and did a job well done.  I highly recommend him and this company.  We will use them from now on for any issues that arise in our home.

I called Drain Masters to fix a leaking tub faucet on a Friday night and received a call back within 20 minutes. We arranged a time the following morning to complete the work. Eddie was upfront about the work that needed to be done, was very personable and completed the job in a timely manner. Will be happy to have them come out to Affton again if needed.

Called Friday September 22, 2017 @2:30PM. Woman who answer phone would not give me prices for snaking a drain. She said a service person would come out and assess my situation for free and that person would go over everything with me. I made an appointment for them to come out. She said it would be one to one and a half hours until the service person would get there. Shortly after taking my info I received an e-mail with appointment verification of 2:45-4:45PM. At 4:30 I called to get status update and she told me it would be another half hour to 45 minutes until he was there. At 5:30 I gave up and went home as this was at my moms house 7 doors away. At 5:45 my mother called stating he arrived and she let him in. Two minutes later I arrived at the house and the service person was already at the bottom of the steps with his sewer auger. i asked him what the price was; $225.00. Why could the girl not tell me the price in the first place. He was at the bottom of the steps ready to do the work without approval. This is shoddy business and will never do business with them. And if the owner wants to call me you got my number in Fenton

Calling Drain Masters was a good experience.  Their service technician, Ethan, was an experienced, hard working person who worked diligently and intelligently to solve our problem.  I'd call them again if I needed help with my plumbing .
