After a very frustrating series of experiences with my last provider,  Drake Dean Insurance restored my confidence in the personal touch that the digital world has all but extinguished. I was with my last provider for 40 years and tired of the "SOP" dialogues when I spoke with them. When someone is reading from a script to answer me, I'm GONE ! My last Agent on three occasions did not return my calls but simply flipped me to his Staff when I requested a personal follow-up. Without revealing my last Agent or Insurer, let's just agree that some of these long tenured Agents are mentally fat and lazy. Drake Dean was appropriately aggressive on my behalf, professionally versed in all the critical aspects and I walked out of her presence with a RATE that told me I should have found her much earlier. I'm an old fashioned loyalist in business and after receiving my new rate from Dean Drake, I confess my loyalty was not being reciprocated in any meaningful way. Forty years of loyalty to Company X and NO benefits for such a tenure. PERIOD. Things have changed. Go to Dean Drake. Respectfully submitted.

Call me old fashioned, but prefer a person to speak to and identify with. Paula is, without question, exactly who I was looking for! Personality for days and worked diligently to provide me the best rate. At first I had a better quote online. However, I made a quick trip to the clerk of courts to clear up a discrepancy and returned with documentation to help her help me. Next thing you know, her quote came in over $300 less than my online quote. Given a chance, Paula will exceed your expectations and entertain you along the way! So happy I went to her!!

Be careful with this lady! She's a swindler! She will tell you one thing and do another and screw you out of some money when all said and done!!!
