Staff acts like they don't want you coming into the door. Treat you like an idiot when you need help with parts. Never into any input on your particular problem with equipment. Just cash register jockeys. I drive 30 miles to competitor just to avoid Drake. And they live 2 miles from my house.

Always outstanding service by knowledgeable friendly people! Iv'e been purchasing all of my John Deere, Honda, and Airens  equipment from Judy and the team  for many, many years!

I can't understand why a John Deere dealer would be closed on a Saturday in April.  I would think this would be a busy day for a dealer.  Maybe they are doing so well they don't need to be open on Saturday.  Oh well I guess I will call another dealer to service my equipment.
