Dreadnought Wines

I had a great experience here. The gift basket we ordered was artistic and put together neatly . We scheduled a visit and received a tour and explanation of their service menu. They also do tasting classes and "wine and grilling" class. It's clear that the owners have a enjoy for what they do.

Informative, fun, and creative in the pursuit to educate and inspire people who walk through the door. Between the casual Friday classes, longer and more intimate classes on saturdays, and occasionally a bout of yoga - Dreadnought has kept us as loyal customers for years.

Very informative and good quality wines, but customer service leaves MUCH to be desired! Always seem bothered by your very presence. I have always given them the benefit of the doubt, but last time we were there for a wine tasting, they dropped an entire bottle of wine on my pants and didn't even bother to say they were sorry. Needless to say we won't be returning.

Wouldn't recommend. Employees are rude and picking up my order was a nightmare. They couldn't easily find it. Avoid, this place sucks
