Our experience was excellent. Rhonda was so helpful and so polite. My daughter had one style of prom dress on her mind. Rhonda showed her some different options (some beautiful dresses) and she ended up changing her mind and liking a very different style. Thank you Rhonda and Dream Dress Express!

So I gave them a low rating and there are several reasons why, the service was perfectly fine and they have beautiful dresses, my daughter had picked out a dress back in February and they told us that we would be able to pick it up the 15 of march. Well I called on the 30 of march to check if they had gotten the dress because they had not contacted us so far, only to find out that they had ordered the dress that day and we did not get it till April 10... less then two weeks before the event. When we went in to pick it up she tried it on only to find out that the size they ordered was 2 sizes too small... having to pay $400 dollars for a dress that did not fit was not at all what I wanted but we had no choice because there was no time to order the correct one, so we had it altered so it was as loose as possible which even then was pretty tight fit, but it seemed to work for most of the night. As soon as she started dancing a hook popped open which doesn't sound like a big deal but it was a keyhole back so hooks are what's keeping her in the dress, and shortly after that the seam on her thigh ripped wide open, it wasn't even the seam we redid which was why I want to know how a $400 prom dress could not last an event it was made for...

I planned on canceling my appointment only because I had a bad experience at another bridal shop the day before.  I'm glad I didn't because I received such a warm welcome when I arrived.  Ashley Johnson assisted me in finding my dress and I could not be happier.  She was incredibly professional, attentive and most importantly, patient.  Ashley made me feel very comfortable and listened to what I wanted.  She also offered her honest opinions when asked.  I had questions the following day and she was more than helpful to answer them.  Approximately two weeks thereafter, my fiance and I met with Marisa Begnoche to go over the groom's and wedding party's attire.  She was also very helpful and our visit went smoothly.  I appreciated the fact that Dream Dress Express offers you a more private experience, even when others are around, unlike other bridal shops which feels more like a "peanut gallery".  It also makes it more convenient when they have in-house alterations (yes, the seamstress even came out when I had my dress on and went over what she would do and also gave me a general price) and men's attire there.  All in all, both Ashley and Marisa were sweethearts and a pleasure to work with.  I'd highly recommend all future brides out there to stop by Dream Dress Express and see what they have!

I was beyond satisfied with my trip to Dream Dress Express! The employees were all very friendly, kind, and willing to help!  Benjamen helped me figure out the kind of wedding dress I liked as well as what was comfortable! Amy was also very helpful in letting me know all of my alteration options!  None of the employees were pushy at all, and I felt like they were very honest with me and considerate of what I wanted! On top of all of this, they worked with me on wedding dress fittings, bridesmaid dresses, and tuxes even though I am from about 10 hours away from Sioux City! I would highly recommend this dress shop to anyone! You are definitely missing out if you don't look here! :)
