Every time I have gone to this salon, they deliver everything I want and then some. It's always fun to go in to get my hair done or to have my nails done, and the women there are a kick in the pants! I can't wait to make my next hair appointment.

Called to inquire about a mani-pedi. The gal on the phone launched into a long explanation of why I could not come in for that. The nail girl is not there Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and is booked in advance for two weeks. I would have made an appointment that far out but it was quite clear that she didn't want me to. I said thank you and was ABOUT to say that I would check back later when she cut me off, said "ok", and quickly hung up. What's up? If you don't want to speak with a prospective client, don't answer the phone.
