This does not have anything to do with the business but whoever drives the sandals truck is a terrible person. Wouldn’t let me merge and the proceeded to high beam me all the way down route 30 and then honked and yelled profanities out the window. Someone that drives like that will never get my business and it says a lot about their character.

My husband and I booked a all inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen Mexico with Mark at Dreamers Travel. I was interested in another resort at first but Mark warned us of the bad reviews and suggested we look at some others. They were further from the airport than I cared for but Mark blessed us with an amazing car to transport us to and from the resort. We had an amazing time and we we're​ treated like royalty. My husband and I will always us Mark at Dreamers Travel for our future vacation.

When my husband and I decided to plan a long overdue trip without the kids a few years ago, we started out online thinking we could do it ourselves.  Ultimately, we just weren't sure which resort - or even destination - was right for what we wanted.  We decided to visit Dreamers just for a consultation.  Mark, the owner, asked us specific questions we hadn't even thought about.  He wanted to make the most of our few days just as we did!  After considering flight times, proximity to amenities, and everything we were hoping to get from the trip, he found us the perfect destination and we had the best vacation ever!  Moreover, he got us a better deal and a greater package than we could have booked ourselves on any travel site!
We have used Dreamers subsequently, and we've always received a superior level of service.  Whether a long weekend or a luxury vacation, the team at Dreamers takes the time and effort to consider everything a client wants.  No resort is perfect, but any snafu required only a quick contact to Mark and the gang, the concern has been immediately rectified.  
In the day of online everything, sometimes there is TOO much info.  With Dreamers, I always know that I am getting personal service and supporting a local business.  Highly recommend!

My family and I have used Dreamer's travel for all of our all-inclusive vacations over the last 4 years.  This includes a total of 8 different locations.  Mark and Laura understand our preferences and consistently find us locations that exceed our expectations.  On the few occasions that I've had issues at a resort, a quick phone call to Mark has resulted in immediate corrections from the property General Manager.

We love to deal with business owners that care about their clients and Dreamers Travel consistently exceeds our expectations.

We show up, lay on the beach and Dreamers Travel takes care of the rest.

We have been using Dreamers for 3 years now and they have always been great! Mark and his staff are always helpful no matter what you throw at them.They have even helped our friends from TN to be able to plan a group trip. They are the best!
