The dental hygienists here and the dentist herself are all wonderful. They offer great service with suggestions for better oral care without chastising you. The ladies behind the counter too are also so helpful and kind. I have been going here since moving to Janesville and time and time again they provide good dental experiences.

My husband missed an appointment due to him not receiving a reminder call.  I understand it is not the dental office's responsibility to make reminder calls, but when appointments are made months in advance, it is helpful.  However, we have since received multiple $25 bills for "missed appointment" fee.  Our latest bills says "60 days past due."  I am an attorney and would never send my clients a bill for a "missed appointment fee."  This is unbelievably rude. Things happen. Appointments get missed.  to send a bill for a missed appointment seems very catty and unprofessional.

The people there are absolutely great! They care about their patients. I prefer to never go anywhere else!

None Better.  They took me in as a new customer in a emergency situation.  got in next day.  Solved my problem and was very patient in explaining was wrong and what they were going to do to resolve my situation.  Would recommend to anyone that needs professional dental work done...
