I came here prom dress shopping with my mother and this was by FAR the best dress shopping experience we've ever had! The ladies here are incredibly helpful and honest women who care for their customers. I can truly say that I adore the dress I bought and so does my mom, and Mary and Diona were so sweet.

They are really helpful, carry beautiful dresses and have a wide selection. I bought my sweet 16 and prom dress here and I'm in love with both of them they fit perfectly and looked amazing on me, it's a great atmosphere and they make you feel like a princess

Fabulous shop with many gorgeous gowns from which to choose. Personalized service, lovely accessories, and a talented seamstress round out the reasons to stop here for prom, Sweet 16, Mother of the Bride, etc.

We recently had our first experience at Dress Gala, when shopping for our daughter's Sweet 16. From the moment we entered this lovely shop, we were greeted warmly by Diona, the owner, and her staff. Everyone was helpful, professional and supportive, in our quest to find the perfect dress to meet our, and our daughter's expectations. We were very fortunate to have done just that, and Diona was instrumental in providing suggestions for her gown, accessory options and in-house alterations. She continually followed-up with phone calls to alert us to when the dress would arrive, and remind us of appointments for upcoming fittings. She worked with us on pricing (as the gown was not available in the style we had originally decided upon), and took a personal interest in our complete satisfaction, from start to finish! Each time we revisited the shop, staff was on hand to offer praise, enthusiasm and excitement for this very momentous occasion! The entire process was a delight and we look forward to returning for the next special event, and patronizing this wonderful, local, small business! We highly recommend Dress Gala! They played a very important role in making our dreams come true!!

Went to a number of stores on Long Island for my daughters bat mitzvah dress. Dress Gala had the nicest staff and great selection. They spent a ton of time with us and we never felt pressured or rushed. The owner is sweet and knowledgeable and very accommodating. If highly recommend this store for any occasion!!!! I'll be going back to get my dress for the party too!!!!
