I bought a blouse about a month ago. I just washed it for the second time and the blouse was literally falling apart at the seams. I took it back into the store not knowing what to expect since I didn't have a receipt for my purchase. To my surprise they were able to pull up my receipt by in putting my phone number. I was able to get a full refund. I will add I have bought several items from the Dress Barn in the past and have never had any problems. I will continue shopping there.
