This car dealership exudes nothing special. After your purchase, you are called several times; sometimes more than once a day. Their calling claiming to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. However; when the situation is reversed (after driving the vehicle for a week or two) you call them, your “friendly” sales associate will NOT return your call. Finally, the sales manager calls you after you voice your complaint to whom every is lucky enough to answer the phone, but the conversation is rushed, ergo he is just pacifying you. I am working with the AG office in order to return this vehicle. Can you say CUSTOMER SERVICE Reedman Nissian of Drexel Hill!!

, it's simple signs everywhere no appointments necessary to get a oil change stop in at 2:30 in the afternoon hey can I get a oil change Ono can you set up an appointment out of your schedule working two and three jobs a week we need you to set up an appointment no not good

This is a very bad company.  Everybody in this company is a cheater. I bought a car and found the door cound not be locked the seccond day. They let me pay 400$. One months later, the car had very loud noisy. They told me one of the parts should be replaced and that part could be covered by warranty. But 20 minitus later, they told me i should pay 990 $ for the part. Everyone in this company is cheater. They just denied every word they had said. God please punish these bad people!

Dealership intentionally decieved me about my car purchase to get a higher price and they refuse to even try to make good. Avoid. Said the leaf was an SL when it was an SV about a $3k price difference.
