Story

Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar, located at The Avenue East Cobb, offers a
seasonal menu of simply prepared coastal American fresh seafood, employing
both modern and age old live wood fire cooking techniques. Inspired by travels
and experience on all three US coasts and abroad, the cuisine is bound by no
border, but is always fresh, bold and driven by our obsession for quality.

From the same team behind Seed Kitchen & Bar and Stem Wine Bar, our approach is
familiar: we strive to provide amazing food, drinks and service in a sleek and
comfortable setting. As always, we strive to support local farms and artisans.

I ordered Shrimp & Grits. It was SO darn good. The shrimp were perfectly cooked & had a smokey-spicy flavor. The grits were super heavy. I felt weighed down afterward. Lol. Still good though. I just wish the dish was warmer. I had to stir my grits around to incorporate the cold grits with the warms grits. The beau ordered fish & chips. It was basic AF & lacked seasoning. Should be a $15 dish. We were seated right near the front in a hidden section, so I didn't get to experience the true vibe of the restaurant. From what I could see, definitely a lot of older people. Wouldn't call this place hip but definitely has class.

I simply can't rave enough. Phenomenal! Every second of our experience was great. The hostess, the service, the ambiance and last but not least the FOOD! Kale ceaser is a must try!

I search up dog friendly resturaunts in they were the first to come up. I went there with my dog and asked for a seat on the patio and was greeted very rudely and had a terrible bitter attitude and told me no dogs were allowed. Like the resturaunt, but did not like this experience

Amazing lunch! My daughter and I went out for lunch today at Drift. I have secretly been dreaming of the lobster rolls there and today was the day! We had the fried green tomatoes, the butter lettuce salad, and the lobster rolls- There are no words for how good the service and the food were other than AMAZING. Treat yourself!

I was at this AMAZING seafood restaurant! Everything was fantastic! The food was great, the service was fantastic, and it was all around a must do for me and others!
