Met some of the employees. This is a small but friendly family operation. A few full timers live here. Clean and off of a busy road but quite. We stopped over for a few days while going to Charleston s. Carolina. We have a 40 ft mh and all spaces are back in. Good sam rates. Would come back.

Nice park, small and quaint. Owner is awesome!

Park was very well kept. Long back in sites, just not very wide. Host are very friendly. Nice fenced in dog walk area. Sites are level with a large ground level wood deck at each site. Bath house had very large showers although they were not air conditioned.

We stopped here for a week to see the Pensacola area.  It makes a good home base.  The night club issue referred to in another review has been resolved.  They don't have a swimming pool or hot tub.  But grounds are well maintained.  Everyone we have met in the park is friendly and the owners are service oriented.  We will stay here again when we get back this way.
