The staff here is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a dismissed DUI case from out of state that was 20 yrs old yet had suddenly became a problem for me years later here in CA. Dealing with the issuing state was a disaster to the point where I seriously doubted it would ever be able to get cleared up. Chuck, the out of state specialist case manager at Driver Benefits, was incredible and got me through the program I needed quickly and efficiently. The teachers and counselors are amazing people as well. They have extensive hours available and really work with you to accommodate. For what was a very unpleasant situation to have gotten myself into, Driver Benefits gave me the help I needed to resolve it in a caring, efficient manner and in a comfortable environment. Thanks guys :)
