this is so far the best licensing office that i had ever been. The speed and quality of their services is the best!!! I REALLY LOVE WORKING WITH THEM. The waiting time is something we can't avoid to skip. But once you get into the office and grab your number, they are working and they work fast. No joke. Really love their services. They will smile and greet you at the entrance and every counter. So no complain with them at all!!!

Treat you liked a caged animal. Service here deserves negative stars. Horrible. Other offices are more tolerable.

Staff were mostly friendly (I think they'd be more friendly but their days are long and they deal with a lot of people so I'm sure it wears on them), but it was extremely slow to get an Enhanced ID. I spent 3 hours there. One hour to just get called up the first time and 2 more to actually get the license. I was stuck just standing there too because it was crowded and weren't even enough chairs. And the wait times on the website are extremely inaccurate. An hour and a half after I was checked into the system the Enhanced wait times were listed as only 20 to 40 minutes on the website...definitely not true since I had been waiting 90 already and still had to wait 30 more. There must be a better, faster, easier way to help people.

Lost my ID. Needed to replace it. Because I'd moved, they couldn't do it by mail. Trekked to the licensing office expecting hell itself.  Was in and out in about 40 minutes, which, when adjusted for the government-to-private-sector temporal exchange rate, is faster than I get my order at Taco Bell.

Absolutely the best I could possibly have hoped for from the DMV. 5 stars.
