The people and prices are great but the wait is always long. I always go in instead of calling because the wait is even longer on the phone. They need more employees to handle the high volume of customers.

Without a doubt the worst insurance company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Only one woman works there, both days she said someone was coming in later, In 1 1/2 hours she dealt with only one person and totally ignored the phone. 30 calls unanswered.

One star because zero was not an option...

They never answer the phone, return emails and their site never takes payments like it should. Who cares about a cheap price if your going to have to jump loops every month to make a payment and risk lapsing insurance due to a poorly staffed company. I would recommend going somewhere that gives customer service. God knows the trouble you'd face filing an actual needed claim!?

ANSWER YOUR PHONES ANSWER YOUR PHONES ANSWER YOUR PHONES how hard is it to actually do your job and answer your freaking phones. i have called EVERYDAY this week at different times and multiple times each day and have been on hold 1 to 3 hrs each time. and each time i finally get tired of waiting because im at work and have a job to do and i hang up. NO ONE has answered. My ins will lapse if you don't answer so i can pay. And forget the online payment option. it doesnt work.

My insurance ran out because I could NEVER get through on the phone and because of my work schedule I could never make ot in to pay! Even after leaving voicemail now I have no ins and still can't gwt anyone to answer the phone I been on hold for over 2 hrs!!
