you'll suck  - don't never answer the phone both of my phones ran out of a full charge waiting on a live person to answer ..  also went up on every bodys insurance - so i went to safe auto and saved alot  of money .. will never go to u sorry people again ,,  thank God ... you'll also lie about your call is very important to us .. lol what a joke .. ps Safe Auto answers their phone ...

I call and call .... for a whole day... next day I went to the office and they had a coming back sign of "Will be back in 30 min" how do I suppose to know what time there coming back if there is no time on the sign. came back hour after and still closed with the same sign after 3 hours show up and finally got in... my dad have is a costumer and his out of town and calling for about 2 weeks with no answer.... unprofessional...

never have any solutions when i call them regarding my policy the lack of information at this office is astounding really a pain to deal with.

At 1:00pm I tried calling to pay my bill via debit card at 1:52pm I am still on hold trying to pay my bill and if I don't wait they will cancel my insurance. This is not right nor is it anything close to customer service, as soon as I get the money for another down payment some where else I am leaving this company and I will not be back to them nor will I recommend DRIVERS CHOICE in GOOSE CREEK to any one ever!!!
