The clerk who was working the afternoon of Dec 14th should receive every KY state merit raise possible and more. She is ALWAYS exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. I believe the entire staff in that office goes above and beyond for customer service (having been there before for children's driver's license and address change, etc...) but especially her. So sorry I didn't see her nametag or other identification. All state employees should learn from her.

The staff not saying any names but SHEILA was awesome great customer service and the wait time was 2mins literally KUDOS to you SHEILA very sweet woman!!!!!

I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. The ladies were very friendly. I can't believe it was easy and fast as it was; I was expecting to have to wait in a long line like every other time at other DMV and bmv branches! Love how it's drivers licenses only (I believe); other counties and such should follow this so people can get in and out and be done!

Was able to get in and out without any hassle, staff was very friendly. Much better than the Clarksville DMV
